Session fees vary based on counselor and services provide
$100-$210

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Flex spending or HSA account credit cards are also accepted for payment.

Insurance
Many of my clients choose to seek insurance reimbursement for services. If you want to determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is speak with a representative from your insurance carrier. I am not a provider for any insurance companies and do not bill insurances, but many clients have found that they are able to get reimbursed for their sessions. Some insurance carriers will reimburse at their contracted provider rate, while others will pay at an out of network benefit rate. Other insuance companies may not reimburse at all. Thus, it is important that you clarify the specifics of your plan with your insurance carrier if you decide to seek reimbursement. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions: 

  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you do find that your insurance carrier will reimburse your sessions, I will provide you with a form containing the appropriate information for you to submit directly to your insurance company who will reimburse you for fees.
